Les Affaires Plus - Do you get good advice?
In its fall 2019 edition, the Les Affaires Plus magazine published an article (in French only) entitled "Obtenez-vous de bons conseils?" on page 33. This article by Ian Gascon, president of Idema Investments, explains why it is difficult to obtain good advice in large financial institutions. It also highlights that a fiduciary obligation in Canada could limit conflicts of interest and help investors get better investment results.
