Idema Investments participates in Bourstad 2013 as a mentor
Idema Investments is pleased to have been invited to participate in Bourstad 2013 as a mentor. The Bourstad contest offers the opportunity to learn the basic concepts of investing in the stock markets. In this activity, the participant manages a virtual portfolio of 200 000$ by investing in various investment vehicles and has to justify all his trades.
In this context, Ian Gascon, president of Idema Investments, will manage a portfolio by focusing on portfolio diversification and the use of exchange traded funds (ETFs). You can follow the evolution of the portfolio on the Bourstad facebook page.
During his participation in the Bourstad 1995 edition, Ian Gascon won the Grand Prize for the best financial performance at the collegial level as well as the Grand Prize for the best portfolio management at the collegial level.
